Format for e-mailing FINAL DRAFTS
Please be advised of the following format for the SUBJECT LINE of your e-mails when sending your final drafts. Please follow this exactly since you now know how my Outlook sorts your mail. If you have already sent your final draft, please resend.
And most important, attach your file as PDF. Feel free to write anything to me (a question, comment, etc.) in the body of the e-mail.
This is the format:
EAF(space)SECTION(space)REQUIREMENT(space)FINAL(space)CN(space)LAST NAME
Example if submitting Country Profile:
EAF CHAMPA COUNTRYPROFILE FINAL 02 Bengo
note: COUNTRYPROFILE is one word
Example if submitting Position Paper
EAF SAMPA POSITIONPAPER FINAL 29 Tresvalles
note: POSITIONPAPER is one word
Example if e-mailing both
EAF DAHLIA COUNTRY/POSITION FINAL 15 Torculas
EAF ROSAL COUNTRY/POSITION FINAL 16 Santos
note: COUNTRY/POSITION has no space and has a slash
